A small and simple apartment that is on the second floor. This guesthouse is within walking distance of the town plaza. One of 5 rentals on the property. 2 single rooms w/ double bed each, private bath & full kitchen (mini-fridge). Sleeps four. (air conditioner) (outside stairs) The Wifi just changed to fiber optics. The space The guesthouse is simple, but clean and private. The location is not only within walking distance from everything. Guests are 25 minutes by car from Real De Catorce, a historical mining town founded by the Spanish in the 1500s, 10 minutes from a spring water fed watering hole, a 5 minute walk to great markets, restuarants, and wonderful weather. Guest access Fresh vegetables and cultural foods are available at the main market in the plaza. Garage is attached to the main house, but is available only upon request. WiFi is available in guesthouse, but is stronger in the common area. Other things to note This guesthouse is simple, yet comfortable and spacious. If you are looking for an economical place to stay while you visit Mexico, this is a peaceful and friendly place to do so. We want you to have a good experience here and in Mexico.
