A few kilometers from San Pantaleo, this cozy bed and breakfast offers a swimming pool and is completely surrounded by nature. Surrounded by woods and crossed by the San Giovanni river, it is an ideal place to take refuge and regenerate, away from the frenetic rhythms of everyday life. The space The property of about 3 hectares is located on the crest of a hill, surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation that characterizes Sardinia. In autumn, the area is renowned for the presence of porcini mushrooms. The construction takes up the country style of the Gallura stazzo in a modern key. Guest access The property offers direct access to a spacious patio, a well-kept garden, a lush forest, and an inviting swimming pool, creating an ideal environment for relaxation and leisure. During your stay We will be available during the stay. Possibility to communicate via telephone messages, emails and calls. Other things to note Following a problem encountered in the last two years and to which we have not been able to find a solution, we are forced and very sorry to communicate the following: Sunscreens will be banned in our pool as oily debris is damaging it. These debris indelibly stains the towel. After using liters of degreaser and various chemicals every day (only useful to remove most of the daily residues because part of them settle anyway) we got fed. We can't change the towel every two years ( thousands of euros ) and we find it absurd and unhealthy to have a pool diluted with chemicals. We invested so that our guests had a less "chemical" pool possible and then find ourselves pouring others inside. We asked to take a shower before entering the pool , to apply these solar systems correctly but unfortunately not everyone respects the rules.. Personally since we noticed this problem we have stopped using them. If they're not removed from a cloth with chemicals , we don't dare imagine how they can react to our skin, not to mention when they end up at sea. That said, we provide 50+ shielded umbrellas to protect yourself from the sun. Same result but without the annoying sticky sweat. This problem also extends to all the linens (sheets , towels ) which we personally treat with the addition of 7 whitening additives to be able to remove (unfortunately not always) the stains left by sunscreen. As long as there is no definitive solution (lesser impact), we have to prohibit the use of these products in our facility. Simply to be able to offer all future guests a pool that is presentable and as healthy as possible. That said, in the event that they are used (we are not stupid, please do not fool us), the pool will be closed for 48 hours for extraordinary maintenance. Arestu is not only a business place but also a philosophy of life, which aims to safeguard , first and foremost , the nature that surrounds it. It's our home, where we live every day .
