The space This is a renovated home featuring three bedrooms and two full baths. The house sits back, off a quiet road providing a tranquil experience. Guests are welcomed to an entrance featuring a sit down area. The living room features a large vaulted ceiling with fan, gas fireplace, large screen TV, game shelf, and best of all, a foosball table that has backlights to play in the dark. The sofa also offers a queen fold-out bed. All rooms, except for the kitchen, have hardwood flooring. Off the living room is the updated kitchen with granite countertops and a huge island to help prep food and/or eat (featuring 2 bar stools). There are a dishwasher, range, oven, toaster, blender, Keurig, drip coffee maker, crockpot and everything else you will need to make your meals. The dining tables includes four chairs and a bench to comfortably seat 6. The sliding glass door provides easy access between the kitchen and the back deck, which includes a hot tub and grill. Going down the hall, The first bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunkbed, large work station (corner desk), play tent, children's books, and toys. There is also a 44" 4k smart TV on the wall. The next bedroom offers a queen bed, 44" 4K smart TV, shelf, and 2 floating nightstands. The large main bedroom features a vaulted ceiling with a super comfy king bed, a bench, workstation, chest of drawers and 44" 4K smart TV. There is a very large walk-in closet that stores a pack’n’play and other items. An en-suite bathroom features dual vanity sinks and a newly-remodeled walk-in shower. The second bathroom was recently renovated and is near all three bedrooms. It features a tub/shower combination. All the beds have new memory foam mattresses, and the king bed has been the most popular, based on guest reviews. The large backyard includes a swing-set, a hammock, and fire pit circle with Adirondack chairs. The back deck has a hot tub, bistro set, and gas grill. They are only accessible to the owners and cleaners. Any theft will be reported to the police and Airbnb. Other things to note *Hot tub policy* The cover is locked with its key stored inside. Guests using the hot tub accept the risks associated with using a hot tub, especially the additional responsibility to watch children. The limit is 6 people at a time. Please read all hot tub instructions (up on the kitchen fridge) before getting in. *Pet policy* If you want to bring a pet, do not instant book. Please contact the owner first. We only allow 1 small non-shedding dog. *Parties* This is NOT a house to be used for parties. We kindly ask to keep music or gatherings on the back deck to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby. *Smoking* This is a non-smoking house. No smoking is allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted outside; however, all ashes and butts must be cleaned up and disposed of properly. No smoking in the hot tub. ✨ Lost & Found ✨ We know things can sometimes get left behind! Here is the process: 1) Make an initial $25 handling fee payment and provide your address to our chief cleaner. 2) The cleaner will ship your item and send you the receipt. 3) You’ll then make a second payment to cover the shipping cost.
