The space The Pineapple is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to be in the center of everything Grafton's historic main street has to offer! Bedroom 1: Cozy queen bed with large closet, full Length mirrors, two nightstands, sound machine, with lamps, a seating chair and stunning river views from bedroom windows. Bedroom 2: Cozy queen bed with private full bath. A.K.A.-Pineapple Suite. This bedroom features its own private entrance and private kitchenette with coffee maker and dish utensils. Stunning River views from bedroom windows. Loft Bedroom: Cozy queen bed with dresser and nightstand and sound machine. Loft opens up to vaulted living room. Must use stairs. KITCHEN: Full kitchen equipped w/ cooking basics, COFFEE BAR, toaster, pots/pans, knife block, cutting board, tea kettle, water filter pitcher, dishes/flatware, spices. Dining table with seating for 6. INDOOR LIVING: Guest will enjoy the spacious living room with open vaulted ceilings with fans, oversized modular section sofa that can sleep 2 additional guests, smart tvs, and two full bathrooms with complimentary body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. OUTDOOR LIVING: Guest will enjoy private patio, outdoor furniture, fire-pit and river views CHECK IN: Keypad with door code. Will be sent in message. GENERAL: Free WiFi, central air conditioning/heating, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, hangers, trash bags, paper towels PARKING: Driveway for 2 vehicles at the Pineapple House. Park to the left side. This parking area is shared with a neighboring cottage. For large groups, guest may choose to rent out Spring Hollow Hideaways entire complex which sleeps 18 guest! Guest access Access & Additional Notes Guests have full access to the entire Pineapple House, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, and outdoor areas. Relax on the modular sofa in the living room, which can transform to sleep 2 extra guests, or enjoy the private patio, outdoor furniture, and gas firepit with stunning river views. The Pineapple Suite offers its own private entrance and kitchenette for added convenience and privacy. Self-check-in is easy with a keypad and unique door code sent prior to your arrival. Step outside and you’re in the heart of Grafton’s historic Main Street — just moments from local wineries, restaurants, bars, and the marina. Explore the shops, enjoy riverside walks, or join in the town’s lively seasonal events, then return to your private tropical retreat to unwind and soak up the river views. Parking: Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles on the left side of the house. This is a shared parking area, so please be respectful of guests staying in the White Lotus, who need space for at least one vehicle. Events & Gatherings: The Pineapple House is a fun and flexible space for holidays, family get-togethers, or celebrations. It also makes a great location for a bachelorette weekend or other small events!
