A Shepherds Delight- A beautifully unique hideaway

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Situated within walking distance (1 mile) of Sturminster Newton. Our location offers beautiful countryside views, stunningly dark, star filled skies and a variety of wildlife on your doorstep. Sitting within it's own garden, the Shepherds Hut is privately fenced, with an outdoor dining area and firepit. Inside, a woodburning stove, fully fitted kitchen, dining area, and king size bed offer everything you will need for a cosy getaway. The space Surprisingly spacious, with king size bed, under bed storage. Dining table (pull out) and stools. Fridge freezer, oven/microwave, gas hob. Wood burning stove. Fully fitted shower room. Currently no Wi-Fi, but great 4G. Old school TV/DVD is available. Outside, a privately fenced garden. Outdoor dining table and fire pit. Please note that the fire pit will not be available during prolonged periods of dry weather, due to the increased risk of wild fires. Guest access A stoney pathway leads up from the house up to the field. Follow the path to access the garden of the Shepherds Hut. Steps lead up to the front door. Other things to note We have two dogs, who are very friendly. Initially they may bark as you will be unfamiliar to them. A parking space will be available for your use throughout your stay. Breakfast is not provided. A welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk and a basket of logs is provided. There is a Nespresso machine available.
