Point Cook Wooden Room

Our point cook house have 4 rooms, two bathrooms, a 200 sqm yard, it’s located at west of Melbourne, 28km away from CBD, 37 km away from airport. Welcome to stay. The space Our house is 230 sqm size have 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms，along with a 200 sqm backyard. Each room is about 15 sqm, with desk, chair , table lamp and wardrobe. Whole property were covered with 100M WIFI signal. It’s located at west of Melbourne, 28km away from CBD, 37 km away from airport. 3 minutes walking to 497 bus station Parliament St/Saltwater Prom, 4 stops to nearest shopping center, 13 stops to nearest train station williams landing. Our street is new and peaceful, 5 minutes walking to sports facilities like football, basketball, tennis court etc. Guest access The living area and backyard are public area. Kitchen facilities for free. 1-3 night stay free to use kitchen stuffs like oils, salt etc, plz wash and clean after use. Washing machine plz use three days a time. We also offer little stuffs like ethy alcohol hand sanitiser, sunscreen lotion, mask, bandage etc on cabinet at living area for guests free use. Be quiet after 10:00PM. Respect other guests, neighbours and obey the house rule. During your stay Guests are most welcome for any further questions or help, we are available all the time.
