This flat is the perfect place for those looking for comfort and accessibility very close to the heart of the city. The flat has a large bedroom with two 90cm beds and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The living room is bright and has a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook delicious meals, and the bathroom is designed to be accessible and safe for people with reduced mobility. Amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the Kitchen: Welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwashing liquid 30ml for efficient cleaning. 1 sponge for effortless cleaning. 1 multi-purpose cloth for keeping the kitchen sparkling clean. 1 garbage bag for convenient waste disposal. Important Note: For hygienic reasons, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea are not provided. This flat is perfect for those looking for the peace and quiet of home after a day exploring the city. In addition, its location is perfect for those who wish to be close to Madrid's main tourist attractions. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Cot option available for travellers with babies for a supplement. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CLIENT. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them.
