This little cottage apartment is attached to the back of a house. You share a outside door but to enter the cottage you have your own space. All utilities are covered except cable tv. Wireless internet, water garbage and sewer, gas fireplace. Air Conditioner. We are 4-6 blocks away from 2 beautiful parks and our beautiful lake. The space The cottage is cozy with a living room / kitchen combo - open concept. This is an older home that I have been renovating over the years. The bedroom and bathroom are close to each other. It's a 2 room apartment. Perfect for traveling workers who want something more homey than a hotel room. The main house tenant has a beautiful garden and fish pond close to the house with a small garden table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Guest access Guest will have the entire cottage apartment, the only shared area is the entryway into the building. My full time tenant is here after school hours and is helpful with checking in if I’m unavailable. Other things to note The parking is off street the second spot by the garden shed.
