In the First Glance, the colony may look like slum. However, this is an ultra safe and friendly neighbourhood. The breakfast is charged at rs. 200 per person and meals are charged at rs. 300/- per person. - Freshly prepared and healthy food can be ordered from the nearby restaurant. Floor - It is situated on the upper ground floor without a lift. Parking - There is No parking in the building. Guest access The guests can access the entire apartment and treat it as their home. They can use cable TV and Wi-Fi to their liking. The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary equipment for preparing tea/coffee as well as food. You just need to have provisions to get your culinary journey started; you can get the ingredients from any of the multiple shops located close to the apartment. We ourselves have traveled the world over and understand the importance of assistance for the travel needs of guests. We shall surely assist you with cab, metro routes, train tickets, or flight booking. We have a dedicated manager, Mr. Deepanshu to assist you with your stay. Other things to note Apart from the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you can order home-made food from us. Breakfast is at Rs. 200/person and meals are at Rs. 300/- per person(For minimum order of 3). For less then three 100 Rs Extra. An Early Check-in (before 2 pm on the 1st day of your booking) depends on whether there are guests staying the previous day. If we do not have guests staying the previous day, we shall certainly accommodate you! If you require a late checkout (after 11 am), please write to us. If the room is free the following day (i.e. we have no other bookings), we shall certainly accommodate you. As per government law, the use of any narcotics drug including marijuana is strictly prohibited. We discourage the consumption of alcohol and the apartment is not available for parties where alcohol and smoking are used.
