We have fully renovated the inside to bring it back to life and the house will welcome you with open arms. Dalkeith has 3 bedrooms, modern sun-filled kitchen, new bathroom with seperate toilet, cosy lounge with 50" television and full laundry. The lounge and bedrooms are heated with ducted gas heating and the rest of the house has underfloor heating. There is also a split system to keep the whole house cool on those hot days. The back yard is huge and has a great undercover dining and BBQ area. The kids will love it with a cubby, basket ball ring and handball court to keep them busy. The bathroom has instant gas hot water, so you can enjoy a long hot shower. The laundry has a washer dryer combo machine for your convenience. Dalkeith has ample off street parking and a secure backyard. Guest access You are welcome to use the whole house and yard. We do ask that you keep the double gates to the back yard locked.
