Private parking space for one vehicle. The space No.5 Broad Street Gardens offers modern purpose built self catering accommodation right in the heart of historic Kirkwall. Apartment 5 is on the second floor - please note there are no lifts in the building. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, with ample space and storage for storing your belongings. The fitted kitchen is very well equipped and has a double oven, microwave, washer/ dryer, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer. Living area has large picture window and two comfortable sofas. For your entertainment there is a Smart TV with freeview & DVD player, a bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi access. The bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. Comfortable temperature is maintained with underfloor heating throughout powered by an air source heat pump with individual temperature controls in each room. The apartment has one on site private parking space. All bedding, towels, electricity and wifi are provided at no extra charge. Also supplied in each apartment: hairdryer, iron & ironing board, clothes dryer (plenty of room for drying in spacious hot cupboard). Cots and high chairs available on request (Please note cot bedding is not provided). Guest access The apartment is available for check in after 4pm. Self check in. The apartment is on the second floor and please note there are no lifts in the building. You will have one space to park in in our private off street car park.
