A 15-minute drive from Playa Blanca, 10 minutes from the Gulf where the sunsets are extraordinary. You will have parking at the door in a private street without an exit and very quiet. The space The apartment is a great place to rest, the silence is relaxing, it has a good living room, kitchen with everything you need to watch the garden, while having breakfast, lunch or dinner, with its large tree, its black Picón garden with its plants and contemplating the stillness of the private pool as well as the light that Lanzarote gives off, a bedroom with a large bed with a large window with a blind for your rest, and a beautiful bathroom in which nothing is missing. Guest access It has a terrace with a frosted glass railing and an access gate for more privacy. There are also 2 very comfortable hammocks, a table that gives off various types of light through a remote control with two armchairs with cushions for more comfort, and you can smoke.
