60+ Day Stay at 2bd/2bath at the Elder Shirts Loft

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located loft in downtown St Louis. Busch Stadium is a 15 minute walk and the City Museum is only 5 minutes away. Minimum 60-day stay is required to ensure we do not conflict with "Transient Activity" as defined by Missouri State Law. The space This is a loft in a shared building. There are some renters, but most of the 30 units are owner-occupied. Please be respectful and don’t be too loud. The HOA is sensitive to guests under year-long leases.
