Washington is minutes from Acrisure Stadium and offers stunning views of the city of Pittsburgh while also offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The unique home design features modern amenities and rustic charm and plenty of natural light, making it a truly one-of-a-kind stay. With its prime location, guests can easily explore the nearby attractions or simply unwind and enjoy. The space Hilltop Bungalow is a two-story home featuring two bedrooms and a bonus loft which is accessible through the main bedroom. An open floor plan allows guests to cook, lounge in the living room and relax at the dining room table together all while taking in stunning views. A newly remodeled bathroom is located on the second floor. A dedicated workspace can be found on the first floor which easily converts to a family game room at night. Take in the evening sunset on the covered front porch with a cocktail or take a stroll along Grandview Avenue which less than a 1 min walk! * Please note our home is two stories which gives it limited accessibility for some guests. Both of the bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the second floor. * We use fragrance-free and dye-free detergents to clean bedding, towels and other fabrics. We do not use plug-ins or other scent producing products in our home. Carpets, mattresses and blinds are serviced using natural cleaners and disinfectants. * We are 100% independently owned and operated by local residents. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, with exception of garage. Our home has a lovely covered-porch and front and backyard. Guests will also have use of our private driveway that holds upto 4 cars. Other things to note * Please note our home is two stories which gives it limited accessibility for some guests.
