BEDROOMS: Bed configuration: (both with hotel quality mattresses): First Bedroom: KING-SIZE BED Second bedroom: KING-SIZE BED Bedroom 1 King-size bed with hotel-quality mattress, built-in wardrobes and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Bedroom 2 Another spacious king bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a vanity unit, river views. Whether you are planning a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this property is the ideal choice for you. With its close proximity to Chester city centre and its array of shops restaurants, and attractions, this property provides you with the perfect base to explore all this beautiful city has to offer. Guest access CHECK IN: Via Lockbox - for security reasons, the code will come out to you 24 hours before your check in time. Guests will have access to the entire house. PARKING: Please note that there is space for one SMALL to MEDIUM Sized car under the carport to the left of the front door. As the surrounding parking spaces are privately owned by neighbouring properties, we kindly ask that these are not used. If you feel your vehicle may not comfortably fit, alternative options are available. There is limited on-street parking on the main road opposite Waitrose (please check local time restrictions), as well as paid parking nearby at Christleton Road Car Park. Other things to note Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered. LITTLE ONES: We provide a standard travel cot and high chair at the property for guests travelling with little ones. The travel cot is suitable from birth up to approximately 36 months, offering a convenient and safe sleeping space during your stay. *Please note that linen is not provided for the travel cot, so you will need to bring your own bedding. In addition, no extra mattress is supplied, in line with safety recommendations for travel cots. If you have any questions about suitability, feel free to get in touch before your stay. TV: The property is equipped with a Smart TV with access to streaming apps. Guests will need to use their own login details, and there is no traditional live TV service. However, live channels can still be accessed via apps such as BBC iPlayer and ITVX. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Standard check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. We may be able to offer some flexibility on these times by prior arrangement, depending on our booking schedule but we can only realistically look at this the week before your check in.
