It's the perfect family home, complete with a full guest apartment in the walkout basement which leads to the patio and backyard. The outdoor space is just as charming as the house itself, featuring original rock walls, a brick patio and a sunken grassy yard covered by trees in all directions. A small creek runs through the yard and by our swing set and hammock. We often see small wildlife wander through, as well as our own cats. Original windows frame the front of the apartment providing light and views to both the kitchen and living room spaces. A dining room table that seats 4, a hideabed couch, a full kitchen and plush queen bed make this space comfortable and efficient. This is an old house, with low ceilings and tight corners. SOME SPACES MAY BE TIGHT. Guest access Our private apartment will be all yours with access to our private patio and back yard. Our family lives upstairs and we may run into you going to and from the garage or in the back yard, otherwise all other spaces are separate. Please utilize the available free street parking.
