Welcome to rural Högalid and a tastefully renovated house of 60 sqm with two bedrooms, living room, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There are 5 beds (+ 1 crib for baby). We live on the farm ourselves, which we are renovating inside and out. The house is detached and separate from our home. Private access to a large terrace with beautiful views of the fields. Two bedrooms. One larger with a double bed and one smaller with a bunk bed. Sofa bed in living room. Sleeps 5 (+ 1 child in crib). Living room with TV, streaming services only (Netflix etc.), where you use your own accounts. Bathroom with shower, toilet (note: only toilet paper in the toilet) and sink. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee/water kettle and toaster. Free parking next to the house, with stone walkway to the house. Large terrace with adjacent lawn at your disposal. Dining table, chairs and nice view of Bjärshög's fields. BBQ available. Grilling can be done on stone-laid surface. Lovely walks can be taken in the area. You can walk on private roads that do not go through someone else's property. A couple of minutes' drive to the local grocery store Ica in Bara. About the same distance to the Ica Maxi Toftanäs supermarket. Close by car to Malmö, Lund, Trelleborg, Copenhagen and Österlen. Electric car charger for guests is not available. For those interested in golf, PGA of Sweden/The National is a 2-minute drive away. Lovely beech forest with beautiful castle garden, you can get to in about 10 minutes by car. At the same distance, you can get to a swimming lake, Pudesjön. 20-30 minutes by car, and you can enjoy the beautiful chalk-white beaches in Kämpinge, Skanör and Falsterbo. Guest access In addition to the house itself, you can use the large wooden deck/patio and the green area behind the house around the wooden deck is at your disposal during the stay. There are dining tables and chairs. We may be mowing the lawn during your stay. You can grill on a stone surface, without proximity to another building or vegetation. The patio is located on the backside of the house, and you pass it on your way up to the house. Other things to note >>Only flush paper down the toilet. Otherwise, there will be a blockage.<< >>No smoking.<< - There is no electric car charger for guests. -1 baby bed (in addition to the 5 beds available) and 1 high chair included. Please let me know if you need to use them. - Dimensions of beds are: 180x200 (double bed), 90x200 (2 beds in bunk bed), 140x200 (sofa bed). 5 beds in total. - 2 rolls of toilet paper included. - Bring your own towels and bed linens. - Please sort your trash. Paper, plastic, food waste, metal, glass, newspaper and other. Trash cans with different compartments for the above garbage are available at your parking just outside the house. At check-out: - The house should be cleaned (vacuumed, dusted, wet-wiped, kitchen and bathroom cleaned) and left in the same condition as upon arrival. Cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies are on site. - Trash should be emptied. - The door should be locked, and windows closed. Leave the key with us if you see us outside, otherwise in the lockbox. Code is provided if needed.
