Emma's Villa was our first home, our love nest where little Emma was born (that is where the name comes from). It is located in a lovely, quiet and very friendly neighborhood right in the core of Miami... The space Either if you are looking forward to exploring the attractions of the metro area or to relaxing right in the core of the Magic City, this oasis surrounded by inviting vegetation, just a few steps from the Miami River will provide all the things you need: a first-class, huge master suite, two more comfy bedrooms, an open kitchen & ample dining room to share with your family and friends! But this is not all. The house easily hosts 8 persons (4 queen beds), and if you love being outdoors, you can't miss the lanai which is designed to enjoy the breeze & quietness of this hidden gem. A second terrace accommodates your outdoor needs... and of course, the pool, where you can just relax, let yourself go and have all the fun & quality time you deserve. Within 5-15min drive: South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, Design District, Downtown, Little Havana, Airport (MIA), River Landing Shops, Brickell City Centre, Bayside Marketplace. Walking Distance: Winn-Dixie (groceries), Metrorail Station, Spring Garden Point Park (quiet park looking to the Miami River, with boat crossing, walking trails and picnic tables and benches) It is colorful, It is extravagant, it is authentic and above all, it is close! Clear, tropical waters, dozens of restaurants and neverending attractions. In South Beach there is always something going on, so you can't miss it, especially if you are conveniently located just at a 10-minute drive from the real thing! So grab your sunblock, your best bathsuit and be ready to have fun in the best beach in town! Guest access The space The house includes: 3 rooms, 4 beds (8 guests) 2 full bathrooms (one in master room) Master bedroom with large changing room (a lot of storage for your clothes and goods) Above grounds pool - BBQ propane grill - Outdoor dining set, along with patio furniture - High-speed Wifi 100 Mbps Smart TV & YouTube TV in every room Washer & Dryer Luxury bathroom with jacuzzi in master room Master room conveniently opens to the lanai - Clean towels, sheets, hair dryer, first aid kit and more! This luxury house has a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen that includes an induction stove with oven, 2 coffee machines to your convenience, electric kettle, toaster, electric grill, air fryer, pots and pans, cooking basics, etc., in case you want to prepare your favorite meal or to bake for a special occasion. The kitchen is open, allowing those in charge of cooking to enjoy time together with family or friends in the common areas. You will find a delightful backyard, decorated and furnished with care and taste for you to enjoy with no limits the outdoors and the Miami sun, relax in our chaise lounges, hammocks or rocking chairs, or dine in at ease in a green and cozy environment…. Feel free to make good use of our barbecue while in the pool and patio. The house comfortably hosts 8 people - 4 in master bedroom on 2 queen beds, 2 in bedroom #2, and 2 more in bedroom #3, (one queen bed in each room). In the case you need accommodation for a baby or a child, we can provide you with a Pack n' Play crib for your little one, as well as a changing table, just need to ask for it before your arrival. After a day spent in the crystal clear water of South Beach, we will also provide clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer in our 2 full bathrooms for you to use and enjoy. * The driveway fits 1 car and 2 other cars an be parked on the yard, left to the driveway Guest access This is an entire rental house, so that you will not be sharing with any other guests. We provide all kitchen equipment, barbecue equipment, as well as toilet paper, clean towels and sheets, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron, and more! - Unlimited access to the private pool, backyard, and house Other things to note Other things to note We DO NOT allow parties at our home, and quiet hours begin after 9pm outside. All other times, we ask that you keep it at a reasonable level.
