Stylish apartment with green view

Enjoy my stylish apartment in Berlin! The 70 m2 offers stylish furnishings, a view of Humboldthain park, and a shared courtyard and roof terrace. The apartment has a lot of natural lighting and the cozy, unique furniture makes it hard not to feel at home. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for both short and longer stays. The Gesundbrunnen S- and U-Bahn is only a five-minute walk from the apartment, where you can also find an organic Sunday market. The space The 70 m2 bright fun and cozy apartment offers: A kitchen-living room with a kitchen area, a dining table, a bunk bed, a sofa corner (which can be converted into a separate sleeping area for guests), a work area with a large desk, and a piano. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven dishwasher, and all necessary utensils for cooking. A bedroom with a double bed and space for storing clothes and a work area. With the work area in the kitchen-living room, it is possible for two people to work from home. A bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower as well as a washer-dryer. The entire apartment has herringbone parquet flooring in oak with underfloor heating, which ensures a comfortable warm room temperature. Guest access During your stay, the entire apartment is yours to enjoy. Along with the bedrooms and living space, you'll have access to all amenities and appliances including a washing machine and Wi-Fi. There is also a basement for the apartment with some room if you need storage space. Unfortunately, there is no room for your own furniture. I also have a spare bike, which you may use if necessary. Other things to note Being considerate towards the apartment and the neighbors is the most important rule in my home. Therefore, I´d kindly ask you to: - Be quiet when you walk up and down the staircase / take the elevator up and down - Don´t party in the apartment. No loud music after 10 p.m. - Always lock the door and close windows when you leave the apartment - Notify me if anything broke during your stay - Please take off the bed linen and take out your trash before checkout In other words: Please feel at home - and treat my apartment as you would treat your own home.
