This beautiful home is located in a fun and safe neighborhood and want to keep it that way so no parties are allowed, NO smoking, * Pool is not heated , but private! * Family friendly (pac n play provided) * We provide sheets, bedding, towels and pool towels. * We provide essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps to get you started with your stay. It’s up to the guest to provide for themselves after the starter pack of products. * Private Garage parking and spacious outdoor parking * close Sky Harbor Airport * close to Scottsdale * close to spring training fields etc We designed this house to be a restful, peaceful environment where you feel you can just let go of everything and feel safe please respect our rules. I have families with kids coming to this house please be respectful of our space. Guest access Getting into the house is very simple. Just park in the private driveway and walk to the front door where you will find a key pad that requires a 4 digit code. We will provide the code prior to check in. You will have access to the entire house and yard. Other things to note Keyless entry; you will be given the code 24 hours before your arrival - Security camera around the house - High Speed Internet - Roku’s on both TV’s with the ability to log in to ANY personal streaming accounts just no YouTube tv access. - patio with outdoor seating - In-unit laundry with 90% ALL ORGANIC CLEAN products and supplies - Iron, Ironing board, steamer included - Absolutely NO smoking of any kind. Evidence of smoking will incur $1000 charge. - Absolutely NO PARTIES, big gatherings of any kind please don’t lie we will know, evidence of it will incur a $1000 fee.
