Enjoy the scenery of the Marmara sea and Istanbul from every room in the house. Two floors have spacious balconies and there is a mezzanine with a beautiful view where you can read and relax. You may also enjoy the vinyl record collection and design magazine collection dating all the way from 50's until today. You have private entrance to the house and have access to all three floors of the triplex with a fully functional kitchen master bathroom with a jacuzzi. Host lives on the garden floor of the building which has separate entrance. You will only see the host during check-in and check-out unless you want to get to know them. We are usually home with my girlfriend and can offer assistance on demand. The house is at the calm upper neighborhood of the island were you will enjoy the quite. Although your map will tell you it is only a 5-7 minute walk, don't be fooled, it is a pretty steep uphill walk, and taking a cab or a bus is advised, specially if you have luggage. Getting anywhere from the house is easy, and a short walk, because it is downhill. To get back, you can use a cab or taxi for the steep uphill ride. 1. two rooms are locked and used as storage spaces for housekeeping. 2. We have two cats; Bella & Gas. They are free to roam on all floors of the house. They have their own kitty litter in a small toilet dedicated only for them. If you are allergic to cats you may shut your door to your bedroom. You have to be cat friendly in order to rent this house, we do not restrain them mainly because they can access the house through every floor with a balcony. 3. You can smoke in the house. 4. 2 floor mattresses available for mezzanine if you are more than 2 people. And with the couch house can accommodate up to 6 people. Note that there is a fee for extra guests.
