A romantic retreat for two with panoramic views across the Severn Estuary from the raised terrace and private hot tub. Enjoy peaceful mornings, days exploring the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, then come back to relax and soak up the view. The space The lodge is one of two neighbouring properties, each completely self-contained, and is all on one level once inside. It has a bright open-plan living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining area is positioned to make the most of the panoramic views across the Severn Estuary. The double bedroom has sliding frosted-glass doors for privacy, and the TV can be viewed from either the lounge or bedroom. The shower room has an extra-large walk-in shower. Outside, the raised private terrace is ideal for dining or relaxing on the loungers while enjoying the view. The large private hot tub, with both seats and loungers, is exclusively for your use and has a privacy screen. There is also off-road parking and secure storage for bikes. Please note that there are six wooden steps up to the lodge entrance; once inside, the accommodation is all on one level. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the lodge, private terrace and hot tub throughout their stay. There is free off-road parking beside the property. We live next door and are available if needed, but otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay in privacy. Other things to note The private hot tub is available from 8am to 11pm. EV charging is available on site for an additional charge. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Please let us know if you’re bringing a dog when booking.
