This cozy guest suite has everything you need for a comfortable stay - queen memory foam mattress, thoughtful decor, mini fridge and coffee bar with snacks, and a private bathroom. This home includes wifi, smart TV, and a private entrance from the front driveway. The home sits at the end of the street alongside a park with easy access to the freeway and close to places to enjoy food and drink. An easy stay for a pit stop or when in town for events! The space Guests can access this garage studio through a private entrance at the front of the house that is easy and convenient. This separate studio space is cozy and comfortable. (This space does not share doors or walls with the main home). The bed is a hypoallergenic bamboo queen size mattress with foam topper ready for you to curl up to a movie or your favorite shows on the smart TV with quick wifi. The studio is equipped with a mini-fridge and coffee bar, as well as a welcome basket with snacks and cold water. There is also a microwave, dishes and cutlery for use. Attached to the room is a clean private bathroom stocked with all the toiletries you need, including additional items for your stay like a vanity kit, eye masks, and ear plugs. You'll find this studio at the end of a very quiet street with direct access to Frank Seymour Park/Greenbelt. The Moonlit Haven is cheaper than a hotel off the freeway! So for a great value you get a place that is safer, more comfortable, quiet, private, and stocked with snacks and thoughtful details!! A perfect, easy, and convenient place for a good nights sleep! Other things to note For last minute bookings, please note that we may not have the opportunity to go into the space to turn on the AC or the heater. If temperature is not what you prefer when you enter, please make use of the air conditioner, fan, and/or the heater to adjust to your liking. It is a small space and should be comfortable for you quickly! NOTE: There is a door at the back of the guest suite that is locked with a key held by the owner. There is also a security door chain that can be set from the inside so guests can be assured of their privacy and safety. On the other side of the door is our garage, therefore, privacy is ensured and noise from guests cannot be heard from the home, and noise from my family and home cannot be heard from the studio.
