Central apartment in the middle of Arendal

Charming apartment in the middle of Arendal city center. The apartment is very close to the city, but still quiet. City beach and historic neighborhood. In summer, there is a heated pool 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed (small) Fits well if you want a quiet long weekend or need a place to stay for a month or longer. Ideal if you are a student at OSM Aviation Academy and need a place that you can rent with others. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a house built between 1660 and 1720. This makes it charming with many clever solutions. There are three bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen as well as a lovely undisturbed patio. Guest access There is only 1 floor that is rented out, and the associated parking space. Other things to note As it is an old house, there is naturally some draft from windows, but there is a good fireplace and heating with a heat pump.
