Central apartment in the middle of Arendal

Charming apartment in the middle of Arendal city centre. The apartment is very close by, but still quiet. Bystrand and historic neighborhoods. In summer there is a heated pool 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed(small) Great if you want a quiet long weekend or need a place to stay for a month or longer. Ideal if you are a student at OSM Aviation Academy and need a place that you can rent with others. The space The apartment is located on the first floor in a house built in the period between 1660 and 1720. This makes it charming with lots of nice solutions. There are three bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen as well as a delicious unashamed patio. Guest access There is only one floor that is rented out, and the associated parking space. Other things to note As it is an old house, there is naturally some cover from windows, but there is a good fireplace and heating with heat pump.
