Brachtfunkeln | Family time with garden sauna

Have fun with the whole family in Brachttal! You all live (one price | children + final cleaning included) in the middle of a green oasis in the Scandi-style apartment "Brachtfunkeln." The wooden beams create a unique living ambience. The outdoor sauna invites you to relax while the little children are already asleep. You will stay centrally located to lots of great activities in Spessart, Rhön and Vogelsberg. Here, in the large bedroom, a maximum of 2 adults (180 x 200) + 2 children (140 x 200) + 1 baby. The space The property is located in a listed half-timbered house from 1750 and was completely renovated in 2022/2023 and furnished in a modern Scandinavian style, with bright walls and ceilings, wooden elements, real parquet flooring and black accents. The many windows let light into the apartment and give a view of a park-like garden. A large skylight in the bedroom invites you to dream. The apartment is designed in an open duplex style. Hallway, living room and kitchen are combined with plenty of space in one room. The sturdy furniture is made of untreated oak wood. The large bedroom can be reached via a staircase (without a door). The relatively small bathroom, for structural reasons, is separated by a door and the shower is separated by a glass wall. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance and can of course be used in full. The garden area in front of the house may also be used for rest and play. Other things to note The entrance to the apartment is on the second floor. In the apartment there is another spiral staircase to the bedroom. We (=landlords) live in the same house. Our entrance is on the other side of the house. The residential units are completely separate. We have a stream with a large pond on our large garden plot. This is NOT fenced and can be reached without a fence/gate. Therefore, please always keep an eye on your children. From the apartment, however, the pond is not within sight and also the small playground on the property is far from the pond.
