Enjoying amazing peace of the Swedish nature close to a lake with the comfort of a cosy, very individual, private holiday house. The forest in the back, lake in the front. Plenty of terraces and garden, private boat bridge and bbq. 1x Canoe (4p) and 2x Kajaks (1P/2P)available as well as small RB House equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, nespresso, oven, wine fridge, tv, fire place. The house consists of the main building and one guest house (1 bedroom with 4 beds and bathroom) The space Main building consists of wintergarden, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room and bedroom (1xqueensize babybed). Guest house consist of one bedroom (1queensize „Hästens“ and 1 etagebed) and bathroom with shower and toilet. All toilets are electrical toilets. Several terraces around the building available with lake view. IMPORTANT: the pool is not included in the rent. Feasibility can be checked to open / prepare the pool for usage at an extra cost if desired, but we cannot guarantee or provide entitlement of usage, also depending wheather and temperature. The car charger can be used at an extra cost/kwh usage and prepayment deposit. The house can be rented all year and is fully isolated.
