Apartment by the Sea – Porto Recanati

The apartment, with a private entrance, is located in a quiet area of Porto Recanati, with lots of greenery, little traffic and safety. It is very bright, spacious and with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and Monte Conero. The accommodation is ideal for couples, families with children or groups of friends and can accommodate up to 4 people. The property is an 8-minute walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the center. Restaurants, shops and clubs are just a few minutes away. The space The apartment is located in a strategic point to experience the holidays in the Marche region. Not only the beaches of Porto Recanati but also the wonders of the Conero Riviera such as Sirolo, Numana, the beaches of Portonovo can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as the poetry of Recanati, the Sanctuary of Loreto and the outlets of the footwear district of Civitanova, everything is easily accessible in a very short time. The apartment is structured on a single floor on the ground floor, in the front a private paved courtyard, where you can have lunch or dinner using a comfortable extendable table made available to customers. The kitchen is well equipped with a 5-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes and everything you need. You will find an extendable table to be able to live comfortably and a sofa where you can relax and watch the 50" TV in the living room. The apartment has a double bedroom complete with a large wardrobe and drawers, with access to one of the two bathrooms, complete with a shower and sink and a bedroom with a pull-out bed, thus having a second double bed, if necessary, and a wardrobe. A third room is available as a luggage storage/laundry room where you can use the iron and a comfortable clothes hanger. The second bathroom has a bathtub, a dresser and a hairdryer. At the back of the house, you can access a comfortable garden with a covered wooden gazebo, where you can relax during the day and evening. The environment is very well-kept and comfortable, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay (dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes drying rack, air conditioner on the day and night side, kitchen with oven, bathroom with shower and bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, iron). Two adult bicycles will be made available to our customers, so that you can enjoy your holidays by leaving the car parked in the large spaces adjacent to the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, from the courtyard to the garden. The entrance to the apartment is private, to access it you have to climb a small ramp that will give you access to the entrance door. Other things to note - For check-in, please let us know your preferences when booking; if you need times other than those indicated, I will do everything possible to accommodate you. - The tourist tax will be paid on site. - The mattresses are very comfortable. - The sheets are always freshly laundered, scented, and ironed. - Free parking on the street and in the parking lot adjacent to the property. - The apartment is rented without breakfast service, cleaning during the stay or other services.
