Bungalow suite with garden view & fields beyond

Yer Tiz is a comfortable & spacious guest suite within a 5 min drive of weird and wonderful Glastonbury. Adjoining our home, but self contained with own access & parking , fenced patio area overlooking the garden to fields beyond. Large open plan living space - with lounge (including small double sofa bed ) and kitchen/dining area (with cooker & fridge), double bedroom, and light & airy shower room. Perfect for those who want a relaxing space to return to after exploring the area. The space The accommodation comprises a dual aspect room with spacious lounge at one end and kitchen/dining area at the other. The lounge area contains 2 sofas (one of which is a small double sofa bed)and a 50 inch flat screen smart TV. There is free Wifi and a selection of local leaflets and books of local interest are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. There is also a USB socket switch should you wish to charge an electronic device – just remember to bring your charging cable. The kitchen/dining area has a table and 4 chairs beside a multi fuel burner with patio doors overlooking the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials such as an electric cooker (oven, grill & hob), fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and a collection of utensils, crockery and cutlery. Tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper are provided. Teatowels and washing up liquid are provided along with some basic cleaning products. The patio doors lead outside to a south facing patio/garden with table and chairs – this area is for sole use of guests and fenced off – a lovely space to sit and unwind. The separate bedroom has a double bed with medium firm mattress and 100% cotton bed linen. There is a bedside table with lamp and plenty of clothes storage in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will also find a portable mirror and full length mirror in the property along with a hairdryer, travel iron and small ironing board. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin, shaver point and electric fan heater. 100% cotton towels, toilet roll, liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner are provided. The lounge and bedroom have electric panel wall heaters that can be individually controlled and one basket of logs for your first night is included if you wish to use the wood burner. Guest access The entire guest suite and fenced off patio area is solely for your use. You are welcome to use our garden - please let us know beforehand so that we can make sure the dogs don't bother you. Other things to note If 2 guests are booked we will assume just the double bed will be used - please let us know if you will be using the sofa bed aswell so that we can put the second set of bedding ready for you. Please note there will be an additional charge of £10 per stay if only 2 people staying but using both beds. We welcome families with children and infants, but please bear in mind we do not have a travel cot, fire guard and any other equipment you may need specific to baby's needs. There is room for a travel cot in the bedroom. Please contact us to discuss so that we can best accommodate you.
