Use of hot tub is available with additional charge due to the increasing costs of energy. The pod is heated throughout, comfortably furnished living area with a kitchenette with hob, microwave & fridge. A Separate bedroom & shower room. The Keep is on hillside so you need to be able to walk up to the pod from the parking area. The space Your accomodation is located in the corner of our family property on a beautiful Welsh hillside. Be prepared to be greeted by a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape, a truly breath-taking sight that you get to wake up to, nestled into the hillside. A hot tub is available for use with an additional charge, at night time you can get lost in the stars as they come out. (There are millions!). This No Smoking property is setup with everything you may need, to sit and soak in the views of the hillside, (bedding and towels are included). Out of the door from the bedroom you can head out onto the patio area where there is a lovely little table to sit and enjoy a cuppa or maybe a glass of wine with supper. You will feel that you are completely in touch with nature while only being a few minutes away from the main road. This is perfect for a romantic hide away bolt hole or a base to head out from whilst creating magical memories. Whether you want to just sit watching the wildlife, the neighbouring sheep, or some star gazing, as a great base for walking, touring mid Wales or exploring Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales Borders the choices are extensive. Local places of interest include the National Trust properties such as Powys Castle and Gardens, Chirk Castle, Erddig, or you could talk a walk along Montgomeryshire Canal, paddle board or canoe on Lake Vyrnwy, an amble around Glasevern Hall and Gardens, Dingle Nurseries and Gregynog Hall to name but a few of the many local attractions. Guest access Whilst you are staying with us you are welcome to walk around our fields, have a look around the woodland (which has a breathtaking display of bluebells in the spring) or just soak up the local views and wildlife, you are very welcome. There maybe sheep in the fields so if you do go exploring please make sure to close the gates. Thank you. Other things to note There is an additional charge for use of the Hot Tub. We need to charge an additional £15 a day due to the escalating cost of the energy required to run. If you wish to use it during your stay please confirm on booking and I will send an additional payment request. We manage it this way to be able to keep the basic costs of a stay at a reasonable rate for everyone only paying for the additional facilities if you want to use them Thank you.
