Haven of greenery and peace

This barn was built by my grandfather after the Second World War. Stone, wood and lime were the main materials used. It is with a lot of heart and work that we restored this barn with respect for the premises, the environment and our ancestors. For the paintings, I made lime-based whitewash, stucco and tadelakt. The ceiling beams are colored with walnut stain, covered with natural hard oil. The space The living room offers large volumes with a mezzanine (not yet accessible, no security) and an open kitchen. Large bay windows let in light from morning to night. Access to the garden from the balcony offers a large space in the greenery and close to the forest. The rooms are south facing with views of nature. The calm of the place allows you to recharge your batteries in depth. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower made of tadelakt and pebble, a bathtub facing nature. Guest access 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and laundry room. A large living room with kitchen, living room and TV area. Other things to note There is no Wi-Fi, by design, to provide an optimal healing space.
