Beautiful place to relax with family or to work in a group. We have a boiler to heat the pool water, this is optional and has an extra cost. If you are interested, please let us know at the time of booking to prepare it. At an additional cost, we have a room for family, business, conference, school, and artistic events for up to 80 people and a terrace for 36, overlooking the garden. The space IT IS NOT A COMPLETE HOUSE. There are four separate rooms for lodging, each with a full bathroom. Payment is only for the rooms. However, you can enjoy the additional spaces. Finca La Alameda has a patio, garden, terrace and pool with warm water. The spaces cannot be used for parties. Parking is outside. Guest access Access to the rooms is independent of the other areas. Other things to note Upon arrival, you must read and sign the house rules. Users must behave well, otherwise it would affect their stay in the place. Only the people contracted will be received. VISITORS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON. Otherwise, this would generate an extra cost per person of $200.00
