This new villa with private swimming pool and garden welcomes you for a cool stay with familly. The space Up stairs : a master bedroom with a queen size bed,TV and dressing, an another bedroom with one single bed, both have access to the terrace. Ground floor : one bedroom with 1 single bed, TV, with a direct access to the swimming pool and the garden. Open modern kitchen with full equipment. Living room : big TV, wifi, bose music station and home cinema, direct access to the covered terrace by a larg bay window. Outside : garden lounge with Weber BBQ and gas placha. Private parking on the property. The villa is located at 5 minutes from the village and from the Lubéron golf, about an half hour to the gorges du Verdon. Other things to note - house's deposite : 1400 euros (bank transfer before your arrival or cash at your arrival) - 150 euros will be charged for the cleaning if at the end of the stay the place is not clean as the beginning of the rent. - sheets set : 15 euros/person (to book before your arrival)
