Large open family room with fireplace. 3 large bedrooms with an additional pull out sofa in the master easily sleeps 8. Come for a fishing excursion or with your family for a relaxing getaway. Kids will enjoy the outdoor playground as you relax on the patio or around the firepit. Less than 1 mile from boat ramp and beach on Lake Texoma. The space The property is located near Denison Dam, enclosed by a gated fence. Ranch land surrounds the property on 3 sides. we are less than 1 mile from 3 boat ramps accessing Lake Texoma. The house offers 3 bedrooms. The master has both a king bed and a sofa that pulls out with a queen bed, and a private bathroom with 2 sinks and both a shower and tub. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed Bedroom 3 offers 2 twin beds. A second full bathroom is shared by bedroom 2 and 3. The combined living room/ dining room opens into the kitchen for a wonderful social area with plentiful seating. The back patio offers outdoor seating overlooking beautiful Oklahoma pastureland. Other things to note The property is gated and fenced. we have room to park you boat/ trailer inside our fence and a camera security system. We have free-range chickens , so we ask our guests to ensure gates are closed when not in use.
