Welcome to our two bedroom one full bathroom home in Springfield, Missouri. Located less than five minutes from I-44 and Hwy 65. Nestled in a small quiet neighborhood two blocks from BigShots Golf, Super Walmart, and a variety of eateries within walking distance. Near downtown, colleges, fairgrounds, hospitals, Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium, Bass Pro, Dickerson Park Zoo, Buc-ee’s, and so much more. The space The master bedroom boasts a comfortable hybrid queen size bed with comfortable furnishings, dresser, and a double closet. The guest bedroom has a full size 12 inch plush innerspring mattress on a platform base with a closet and dresser. Extra linens and pillows are available in each bedroom room. Senior friendly: There is only one step up to enter the house. It is equipped with a shower chair and portable handle grips to position where you need them most. These are located in the master bedroom closet. Guest access As a guest you will have access to two of the three bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom. The garage, laundry room, and third bedroom are not available for guests at the present time. Other things to note CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: 1. Place towels/washcloths in laundry basket 2. Turn off lights and appliances 3. Clean dirty dishes 4. If trash is full take it to the outside bin For your comfort there are fans and infrared heaters available in the home. The thermostat is located in the hallway. The a/c is locked and cannot go below 68. The heat is locked and cannot go above 74. Both can be adjusted with a request. The hot water in the bathroom sink takes several minutes to warm up. We do not host pets. We gladly welcome service animals with up to date proof of rabies/distemper vaccines.
