Efficiency Apartment by the beach

Perfect location. We are literally steps from the beach, inside a secure neighborhood with private security. Our studios have all the amenities — even an outdoor area. Blocks from bus stops, shops, restaurants and bars. Easy access to major highways. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan, Airport, etc. The space Stay in a studio, four doors from one of the most beautiful beaches in San Juan. This clean, private unit, with its patio area, is situated in a quaint street in secure residential community. Wake up and have your coffee cup in our outdoor seating area or take it to the beach! The property is around two blocks from La Coffeetera and Kasalta Bakery where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Next to it is Berlingeri where they serve vegetarian food. Walk along Loiza street and try great fish tacos and seafood at La Cueva del Mar restaurant or dine al fresco at Tresbé, a restaurant that has its kitchen in what used to be a shipping container. There are plenty of cuisines within walking distance from us; Puerto Rican, Mexican, Argentinian, Italian, Vegetarian, etc. Our neighborhood is a car controlled access area; drivers will be asked to identify themselves from 7pm til morning. Studio is (325 sq. ft.) if accommodations' logistics require you will be placed in a similar unit or larger one (in the same building). We are here to answer any questions. Especially when you are carrying beach chairs and cooler. Parking is not common in Ocean Park properties and we offer several spots right in our building to be used on a first-come, first served basis, free! You can also park on our street or adjacent ones (free as there are no meters). All the amenities; queen size bed, bath and beach towels, linens, kitchen, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. Wifi, electricity and water are free. We are less than a two block walk to the public bus that runs from Isla Verde to Old San Juan. A 10 minute drive from San Juan International airport and 3.5 miles from the Convention Center. Additional cleaning, extra sheets and extra towels available for an affordable fee. Other things to note Apartments and patio areas are self-maintained, therefore everyone must cooperate in keeping shared spaces clean and free of personal items. Apartment has beach chairs, cooler, you are welcome to borrow them but please return them sand free and clean. We also supply beach towels. We supply toilet paper, shampoo, liquid soap to get you started. Other items may include coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, condiments, insect repellent, suntan lotion, etc. As these free items rotate, feel free to stop at the unit to check out what is provided before heading to the market. You may notice hot water during your stay even though it is not mentioned as an amenity. There may be work done on a house on the street during daytime hours, we can not foresee if this will generate noise. Early check-in or late check-out will be granted when availability permits and for a fee. Please keep in mind a request to check-in too early (say 4am-11am) would not allow us to host another guest that night as check out is before 11am. The same with checking out at a late hour as we accept last minute bookings. The studio has a kitchen with pots, pans and a microwave so guests can cook light meals that won’t generate much smell. Because the bed and kitchen are all in the same space - and out of consideration for next guests - frying in oil or other cooking that generates strong, long lasting smells and may impregnate mattress and curtains is not permitted. Noise must end at 9 pm, specially in patio. No generator. No cistern. We are not responsible for items left behind. Cameras may be recording in parking & common areas.
