Our cozy and modern yet elegant 60 sqm apartment has been completely refurbished and is fully equipped to make you feel at home. The space The apartment is located in the iconic 13th district, a unique part of the city, conveniently situated near downtown, providing easy access to main tourist attractions even by foot (such as St. Stephen’s Basilica, Hungarian Parliament, and Margaret Island). Our apartment is the perfect choice for those who are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in the city center, right next to the grand Westend Shopping Mall. It is the ideal choice for a short stay or a longer period, and its design and quiet atmosphere make it especially convenient for business travelers. The apartment is situated in a classic Budapest apartment-building, on the 1st floor (there is an elevator). Room #1 is a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed (2 people can sleep on it) & walk-in closet. Room #2 features a pull-out sofa, a TV and includes a common space with a dining area, and open plan modern kitchen. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet. Ante-room with wardrobe. Guest access You will have full access to the apartment and full privacy during your stay. Other things to note During your stay we provide you with the following hotel style amenities: - shower gel; shampoo and conditioner; - 1 big and 1 medium towels / person 1 tea towel; and bathmat;* - dry cleaned fresh bed linen*; - further vanity items (e.g., make-up removal, cotton pads, ear-plugs, etc.); - coffee capsules, tea; - high speed internet; - some international TV channels; - Netflix/HBO/Disney/Prime/Apple on TV if using your own account to log in. * :Please note that I work with a company that provides the freshly cleaned and ironed bed linen and towels; and I have only the above amounts available at the apartment. I am happy to change linens and provide free housekeeping on request at reservations longer than 6 days, once in every 6 days of your stay. Services (beyond the above): - Fully equipped modern American-style kitchen with dining space (fridge & freezer, cook and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle); - Spacy bathroom with shower (washer & dryer, hair dryer, drying & ironing tools); - Comfortable ante-room and separate room for walk-in closet (more comfortable clothes storage possibility), large-scale safe in the wardrobe; - Separately adjustable heating and air-conditioning per rooms; Also good to know that nothing operates with gas, everything works with electricity and this flat is a non smoking apartment. We're not too strict about the check-in and check-out times. If the other guests' schedule allows, you can arrive earlier and stay longer. Please read about our house rules for more details.
