Whether it's a family vacation, a weekend with friends, or a special celebration: At our estate, memories are made that last! 🌳 In the Hunsrück region, just a 10-minute drive from the Moselle, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find country living and pure nature here with us. 💭 Many of our guests say: “Our family vacation has never been so relaxed.” ℹ️ But now we'll introduce you to our family quarters Classic so you know what to expect here: 🏡 Modernized, renovated, and lovingly furnished farmhouse (1932) for 10–14 people 🛌 Hotel comfort: We attach great importance to quality & hygiene - your beds are covered with freshly mended hotel linen and our Emma mattresses invite you to a restful sleep 🛌 6 cozy double rooms – peace & relaxing sleep for all ages 🛁 1 large bathroom with shower and bathtub & 1 guest toilet with sink and large mirror – ❗️Towels & dish towels are not included in the price and must be brought along 🍷 Mediterranean courtyard – perfect for family gatherings, barbecues & wine moments - JGAs on request 🔥 A swivel grill is in the courtyard, you only need charcoal & grill lighter 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, spices such as salt, pepper, oil & vinegar - coffee filters are on site, you only need to bring beans and/or coffee powder 👶 2 high chairs & 6 fall protection bars (for a total of 3 beds) for child-friendly & safe sleeping, toilet attachment, stool 🛝 Play area in the yard: mud kitchen, play tower with slide, sandbox & vehicles such as Tricycles, Bobby Cars, tractor, scooter, balance bikes (also usable for walks) 👧 Handcart for rent 🎱 Play barn (not heated and shared use with our second vacation home family quarters "Chalet"): foosball for children, billiards, ping-pong table with rackets and balls, large building blocks, play tower for kids up to 3 years, pickler triangle and Climbing arch, seating area – place for play & encounter 🅿️ Parking: In the courtyard or on the street right in front of the vacation home ♥️ In our vacation home, families and groups will find everything they need. You are most welcome to stay: Family reunions/multi-generational vacations/family friends/family celebrations/birthdays/colleague meetings/hiking groups/friend meetings/club meetings/workations/ retreats/theater groups/bachelor parties on request. Guest access 🏠 The house Familienquartier Klassik is one of our two vacation homes on the estate, but both houses are separated from each other and the entire house is available to you alone. 🔑 You can let yourself in. We will send you a code for the electronic lock shortly before arrival. 🛝 The courtyard and the play area in the courtyard are exclusively yours during the stay and you can enjoy the shared time undisturbed. You may only share the play barn with the guests of the other vacation home. Other things to note Here everyone will find relaxing tranquility surrounded by nature. Supermarkets and restaurants, in Kastellaun or on the Moselle, can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes by car. At the same time, Eveshausen is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the area: Discover the imposing Geierlay suspension rope bridge, the family-friendly zoo in Bell or hike through the impressive Baybachklamm dream loop. The region also offers countless beautiful hiking trails as well as historic castles along the Moselle and the Rhine. For families and water lovers, a visit to the Treis-Karden outdoor pool or the weather-independent Moselbad Cochem is worthwhile. In Burgen there is a free bathing access to the Moselle. Another highlight is the romantic city of Cochem with its picturesque old town and the impressive imperial castle, which towers high above the Moselle. If you love fairytale places, you should definitely visit the world-famous Eltz Castle – a real jewel of medieval architecture, idyllically embedded in nature.
