The apartment has a cozy double bed, wardrobes, TV with internet and TVBOX. In the single room, there is a very comfortable Bibox bed that accommodates one person on top, and a single bed below. There is a refrigerator to store your food and an induction oven to prepare your meals. We also provide a set of pots and household utensils to facilitate your tasks in the kitchen. A washing machine is highly valued on long stays. For added convenience, we also offer a set of beds and bath, ensuring that you have a complete and comfortable experience during your stay. We do not have a garage available for guests, however we are in a safe neighborhood, and cars are parked on the street very close to the apartment entrance. Only one of the Suites has air-conditioning. The others have fans. The air-conditioning increases the monthly energy bill by 400 reais. Which would greatly increase the cost of the accommodation!
