1 bedroom in a local home located in Malicorne-sur-Sarthe. 35 min from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 15 min from La Flèche Zoo and Sablé-sur-Sarthe. You are only a 5-minute walk from the center of this charming little town with all shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher, wine bar, tobacco, Tourist Office) and very touristy (Malicorne Castle, arts and crafts shop, pottery). 1 sofa bed. We have 1 dog and 2 cats. Guest access You will have access to a fitted kitchen, 1 shared bathroom with shower and bathtub and a dining/living room with TV.
