Quaint and full of character and charm, this 2 bedroom/ 1 bath early 1900's English cottage is centrally located in the premier West End neighborhood. With Pats Peak ski resort only 20 minutes away, downtown Concord 1 mile, the hospital a 5 minute walk, and only an hour drive from the NH Sea Coast, Boston, and White Mountains, this house is in the heart of New England! For NASCAR fans, the house is only 15 miles from NHMS. Restroom is on the second floor, this is not an ADA friendly home. We have 2 beds and 1 couch for sleeping arrangements. Comfortably sleeps 2 couples. Entire house, patio, yard, screened porch, minus basement and misc. spaces we have locked off for owner storage. We are available and encourage guests to reach out with any questions they may have during their stay. Number of guests must be identified in the reservation! Any additional overnight guests must be disclosed to the owners and may incur an additional fee depending on the situation.
