The space 1st floor features: -Gorgeous and spacious kitchen with large island, butcher block countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Everything you need for cooking a family meal. -Cozy living room with large bay window overlooking the lake, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book (or 5) or family game night when the sun goes down! -Updated bathroom with shower and tub -Bedroom 1: Bunk bed with extra bed for the kids, and a "Cloffice" (closet office) should you have some work to catch up while at the lake! -Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, large closet, and window overlooking the lake lets you see the sun rise and set. -Art Nook: wall mounted desk with arts and crafts area for the kids (if you can ever get them out of the lake!) Lower Level Features: Through the garage and down to the basement you will find our movie theater and bar with LED lights, 75 inch smart TV and surround sound. Make some popcorn and watch all your favorites! -Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, with sitting area and velvet futon for extra sleeping arrangements, or for a quiet spot to get away from the rest of the world! -Gorgeous 7 foot walk in shower with custom tile, multi-faucet rainfall shower head, and LED mirror and lighting to wash away the sand (or snow). -Laundry area with washer and dryer Outdoor areas: While our home will have you feeling cozy and relaxed, you didn't book a stay in the Adirondacks at Kayuta Lake to stay inside all day! -Attached garage with wood burning stove and gym equipment is a great hangout itself, or to stay fit while you're on vacation. -Deck off of the kitchen overlooks the lake. Fire up the grill, crack open a couple cold ones, and enjoy the sights and sounds of Kayuta Lake. - In our shed you will find kayaks and paddle boards with life vests (be safe!) for guest use. -Cast a line from our private dock, or pull up your boat and dock it during your stay. -When the sun goes down, relax at the fire and listen to the lake, make some smore's and forget about life for a while.
