Living room has a queen pullout, electric fireplace and plenty of games. Breakfast nook with seating for 4 overlooks the beach; stocked galley kitchen (no dishwasher), full fridge and ice maker, microwave, stove & disposal. 2nd full bath in hall. Coin laundry room right on same floor. Luggage carts in lobby, elevator and ramp entry. Sit on the balcony enjoy the view, head to the beach & ride the waves or enjoy the pool & hot tub. Towels and linens included, 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided. Both baths have walk in showers. Public bath house right off beach and outdoor shower. Unit is approx. 700 square feet Guest access Enjoy the salt water pool, hot tub, grills, corn hole boards and exercise room! Private parking lot includes 2 spots for our guests. Golf carts allowed! Access via ramp to the elevators. Take it to the 3rd floor & take a left. We are #305 - end unit Use private code sent to you to enter and exit the unit!
