The heating is centralized and you can enjoy a small balcony from which to admire the wonderful view. Guest access In addition to taking advantage of all the amenities in the house, guests will have a hobby room, a small playground for children, and a large outdoor square where you can park your car for free. Adjacent to the residence is the famous " Park Hotel" where you can enjoy the bar, wellness center and restaurant. Other things to note NOTE : The price includes gas, electricity, and heating. The property has private parking, for a fee. Alternatively, the car can be parked in the square free of charge. The property is a loft so there are no doors that divide the bedroom from the living room.
