This spacious home is newly renovated and is located directly across the street from Lake Wallenpaupack. It is a perfect spot to relax with your family and has plenty of room for everyone. There is a fully finished basement with a game room, smart TV, pool table and air hockey table. Outside there is a firepit (perfect for s'mores), a grill and easy access to the lake with a fantastic view! Caffery Recreation area, Capri Marina and Capri Restaurant are just steps away! The space With three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, plus a finished basement with two sets of full bunkbeds, this house is the perfect spot for extended families and couples getaways! A fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room provide the perfect setting to eat, drink and be merry! The main floor can be accessed directly from the driveway with no need to climb stairs. With the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor, this is the perfect setup for mobility limited renters. Guest access Guests have full access to the house except for one closet and the utility room. Other things to note This house is located directly across the street from Lake Wallenpaupack. The lake can be reached directly through the woods, but a short, 150 ft. walk to the right is community access via stairs and a path. As you can see in the pictures, the lakefront is rocky (not a sandy beach) *There is no private dock* - Renters with boats can contact Caffery Recreation Area to inquire about launching boats and parking boat trailers. - There is community access to the lakefront approximately 150 feet to the right of the house. *Parties with many adults should note that the house has parking for 4-5 cars (depending on the size of the cars). *Note for renters with allergies: although we do not allow renters to bring pets, we do have a dog that stays with us while we use the home.
