Our home includes many well thought out details & amenities-the perfect getaway for families, couples, or friends. High vaulted wood beam ceilings, wood burning fireplace, board games, vinyl record player & a fully stocked island kitchen. The cozy back deck is nestled under string lights, & home is equipped with a Level2 EV charger. The space There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: - Bedroom # 1 (downstairs) - Queen bed - Bedroom # 2 (upstairs) - Queen bed - Bedroom # 3 (upstairs) - Queen bed and Twin Bed -Fully stocked and stunning island kitched complete with dishes, cook-ware, glassware, and utensils. Stainless full-size refrigerator/freezer, gas-burning stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, a full-size coffee pot, Keurig (coffee pods included), and toaster. Large apron sink on island w/seating for 3 - Central Air Conditioning & Heat w/Nest Thermostat - LG HE Washer & Gas Dryer (laundry detergent provided) - Wood-Burning fireplace (wood is not provided) - Board games for the whole family - Vinyl record player with many great records to choose from (also a Bluetooth player) - Pack N Play, highchair, and baby gate (crib sheet not provided) - Beautiful dining room area w/large dining room table - High Speed Wi-Fi - Office / Workspace area - Roku Smart TV's in living room and all 3 bedrooms - Level 2 EV charger - 40amp J1772 charger (bring your Tesla adapter) - Large back deck nestled under string lights, w/gas BBQ (propane is provided), large table, and outdoor sofa Bedroom 1 The master suite is located downstairs and includes a comfortable queen size bed, Roku Smart TV, and features a full private bathroom, including a shower/tub combo, and private access to the back deck. There is a Pack N Play, highchair, and baby gate located in the closet, along with a dresser, luggage rack, and fan, and the night stand includes USB charging ports. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom is located upstairs and includes a comfortable queen size bed, Roku Smart TV, a full-size dresser, luggage rack, wall hanger, fan & space heater. There is also a nightstand that includes USB/USB-C charging ports. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom is located upstairs, adjacent to bedroom 2, and includes a queen size bed and twin-size bed, with under-bed storage drawers. There is a Roku Smart TV, a full-size dresser, luggage rack, wall hanger, fan & space heater. Bathroom 1 The stunning main bathroom is located downstairs and features a barn door entrance, double vanity, large glass shower, and LG high efficiency stackable washer & dryer (detergent is provided). Bathroom 2 The beautiful second bathroom is located downstairs in the master suite, and includes a tub/shower combo. Living Room The living room features expansive vaulted wood beam ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, many board games, Vinyl record player with many records to chose from (also a Bluetooth player), and and 55-inch Roku Smart TV Kitchen Fully stocked and stunning island kitchen complete with dishes, cook-ware, glassware, including wine glasses and utensils. Stainless full-size refrigerator/freezer, gas burning stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, a full-size coffee pot, Keurig (coffee pods included), and toaster. Large apron sink w/garbage disposal and island seating for 3 Dining Room The beautiful dining room area features a large dining room table Workspace Dedicated workspace area, with Wi-Fi, and beautiful outdoor views Backyard Large back deck nestled under string lights, w/gas BBQ (propane is provided), and large table. The back deck is accessible from the living room and also the master suite. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy, with the exception of a couple locked closets where we keep supplies. The garage is also not available for guest use. A keyless entry located on the front door will enable easy entry and exit on your own schedule. Other things to note The home will be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for your arrival. General Housekeeping - Please place your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Dishwashing detergent/pods will be provided. Thank you for understanding. -Discard trash in the large receptacle located in the front of the cabin - As a courtesy, and to assist with cleanliness, please remove your shoes in the home. Big Bear can be muddy and wet, and we want to ensure that our carpets and floors stay as clean as possible for your stay and for future guests. - Pets are not permitted - There is absolutely no smoking in the home Refund Policy: - There will be no refunds extended, outside of the specified time frame. If there is a way up and down the mountain, there will be no refunds given. - Big Bear is located in a mountainous region, and on occasions in the winter season, we do experience power outages. This does not occur often, but due to the rural location of the home, we do experience outages more often than the city. We will not be refunding guests when power outages occur as the power tends to come back on shortly - of course, not every situation is the same, and we will review on a case by case basis Good Neighbor Regulations: - We have a strict no-party policy. Quiet hours start at 10pm each night, so please ensure to comply. this is a city regulation. It's important to be respectful of our neighbors as Big Bear is a residential community. We appreciate your cooperation. Please note, if complaints are received, you are subject to being evicted without refund. - Do not exceed max occupancy of 5 guests or 2 vehicles. This is also a city regulation and subject to a large fine without warning. Security: - There is a Ring Security Camera outside of the property. We do not have any cameras inside of our home. It is illegal for us to do so. We use the outside camera to do an initial head count and to ensure your security both during your stay as well as during vacancies. - Please remember to lock the home when you leave. Please double check both doors to be sure they are locked when leaving the home for any reason. Snow and Inclement Weather: - The snow in Big bear Lake is one of the best things about the area in the winter. It is beautiful up here! However, there are some things to keep in mind when traveling to Big Bear Lake in the winter. Please read the below to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit. - When it snows, we will do our best to try and have the parking and walkway areas plowed/shoveled as promptly as possible. However, there may be instances where you may find your car stuck in the snow if we receive heavy snowfall. A snow shovel will be provided at the home for your convenience. - Delivery services such as Door Dash, Instacart, and other restaurant/grocery-based deliveries are not reliable when it snows. Please come prepared by packing your own food/drinks when traveling to Big Bear during the winter months. The weather and snowstorms can be very unpredictable. We don't want you to be stuck without the food and beverages you'll need for a pleasant stay! The Altitude: -Big Bear Lake is located at 7000+ feet above sea level. The air is thinner in the mountains, so please stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water to help adjust to the altitude. Registration Details 2022-1269
