"The Cottage", apartment for 5 people

- An Idyllic Stay at Casa Mauri - Situated in the charming mountain village of Santa Engràcia, "The Cottage" is one of Casa Mauri's charming holiday homes. This historic village is perched on an impressive rocky outcrop and offers breathtaking views of the Tremp Valley and the Spanish Pyrenees. The unspoilt nature invites you to adventure: hiking, biking, swimming, rafting and climbing are just some of the activities you can enjoy here. The space The Cottage was originally a hayloft until the house was completely renovated. The apartment now has two spacious and charming bedrooms. The largest bedroom is furnished with a double bed, nightstands, and a wardrobe that are authentic to the house. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a built-in closet, and a chair that can be unfolded as a fifth bed. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a wide range of kitchen appliances. A four-burner cooktop and oven are present, as well as a toaster, microwave, and a large refrigerator with freezer. The living room faces the patio and is furnished with a dining area, a three-seater sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. Bookshelves offer a small selection of books plus tourist information. There is a TV with HDMI and free WiFi. In winter, the living room is heated by a pellet stove. The bedrooms have electric blankets, and the bathroom has a gas heater. A door from the living room leads to a private terrace with a lounge set. The terrace is partially covered so you can sit both in the sun and in the shade or out of the rain. The terrace is one level above the patio, just like the entire apartment, and offers views of the Montsec mountains. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests have access to the shared patio, where there is a barbecue and a washing machine. Other things to note Because the old streets of Santa Engràcia are too narrow for cars, the last 200 meters from the village parking lot to the house must be walked. On arrival (and departure) we help our guests with their luggage, which we bring to the house with a quad bike and trailer.
