The property is well located, one block of the beach, close to two markets(Sugar bread and World), pharmacies, hot cafeterias, street well bohemian with several bars and restaurants, fast food , two blocks of the subway of Siqueira Campos. Accommodations: 1 double bed and a futon The space Our space accommodates 2 people very well. It is compact and provides everything you need for a good stay, even more so because of the excellent location, close to bars, pharmacies, markets, restaurants, tourist attractions, a 5-minute walk from the Siqueira Campos metro station, a two-minute walk from Copacabana beach. Other things to note The loft has a double bed and two futons. Being more comfortable when it accommodates 2 people. It has air conditioning, an induction mouth to make food, retro minibar, basic cooking utensils, streaming television (host's own password), electric shower with hot water and steam iron to pass clothing from lighter fabrics. I provide bath and bed linens, but there is no change of linens. If the guest wants extra towels or change of bed linen in the shortest period of time it is necessary to bring or pay a fee for exchange. The building is mixed, that is, it has residential and commercial units. Therefore, works or maintenance may occur in third party apartments during business hours, which is permitted by law. These situations are totally out of our control, and therefore we are not responsible for any noise from external works.
