THE ADDRESS IS 4925 VOLTAIRE ST AND CAN BE BOOKED FOR THE SAME DATES. Welcome to this brand-new 2bd/2ba unit with a large, fully furnished rooftop deck featuring a BBQ and a saltwater hot tub. The deck is private and partitioned for use only by the unit's guests. You have everything you need to enjoy the amazing San Diego sunsets. SeaWorld Fireworks show is visible from the rooftop deck every night in the summer!! • Primary bedroom with King-sized bed, TV, large ensuite bathroom, and shower. • Second Bedroom with a queen bed and a TV, and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. • Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffee maker, Instant Pot, and all the cooking utensils you need. • Bright and comfortable living room with lots of seating and a large TV.• • Controls for the hot tub are self-guided; please do not remove the controls from the tub. There is an outdoor shower, and guests must shower before entering the hot tub. Please be aware that OB, like many other cities in the area, is located in the flight path for the airport and as a result there will be some airplane noise. Guest access • Easy access to your unit through the front gate on Voltaire Street and then you can access the unit at top of stairs with door code. • The rooftop deck access is through the door by the laundry room. • You can access the garage for parking only and need to access your unit from Voltaire St. • Once parked in the garage be sure to close roll up door on exit. DO NOT leave door open and unattended. • You will have access to the roof top deck above your unit only, the back deck is for use by the other unit only and is separated by a partition wall. • The walkway outside the sliding doors is a shared space. Please be respectful of your neighbor’s privacy. Other things to note Unit comes with starter kit of 1 roll paper towel, dish and hand soap, scrub sponge, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom additional supplies are responsibility of the guest.
