Vacation room in Menz

No matter what you are looking for; forest, lakes, culture or sports..... Menz and the surrounding area has it all. The apartment is located in the center of the village on Friedensplatz, where a playground as well as the NaturParkHaus invite you to play and discover. Lake Roofen with its large swimming area is about 500 meters from the apartment and is easily accessible on foot. Our newly built and lovingly furnished apartment offers approx. 31 m² of living space and a 10 m² terrace to relax and unwind! The space The vacation room is located on an old four-sided courtyard and by arrangement you can bring up to 3 horses. The vacation room with approx. 31 m² is located on the upper floor and is separately accessible via an external staircase. The bright, spacious room with fitted kitchen is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed and can therefore accommodate 3 people. The kitchen has a stovetop, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment and should be considered fully equipped. There is a toaster, a kettle, a coffee pod machine, a multi-piece pot set, sufficient dishes and cutlery, essential spices are available. The bathroom has a floor-level rain shower, sink and toilet. The large balcony offers plenty of space for cozy barbecuing and relaxing. The double bed is 1.80 m X 2.00 m and equipped with sheets! Guest access There are possibilities to accommodate bicycles, boats, etc.
