Garden Villa is a luxurious place, perfect for families and friends wishing to relax and spend time with each other, while enjoying long walks in nature and endless sunbathing by the private pool!!! This beautiful place boasts a large garden, spacious seating and relaxation rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and tranquil bedrooms with super comfy mattresses. Here's a brief description of the villa's spaces: On entering the villa there is a large open space area with the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. Here you'll find.. - an Air-conditioning unit - a modern corner sofa set - a 50’ Smart TV with Netflix - a set of coffee tables - the fireplace - a wide patio door with louvred shutters and mosquito net onto a spacious, sunny terrace and to the private pool - the dining table with 8 armchairs, next to.. - a fully stocked and equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and more: - oven, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, blender/mixer - plenty of pots/pans/platters - Serving utensils - wine glasses - your coffee machine!! Further on, past the lounge is the bathroom with - a toilet - the sink - the shower and - the washing machine At the back of the ground floor, is one of the bedrooms with - two, single beds with anatomic matresses (which can be turned into a double bed) - cotton bedlinen and towels - wide patio doors with louvred shutters and mosquito net, onto a private terrace - the closet Upstairs on the first floor there another two bedrooms with - double beds with anatomic mattresses and anatomic pillows - cotton bedlinen and towels - wide windows with louvred shutters and mosquito net - spacious closets, with a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board - Air-conditioning unit in each of them Via one of the bedrooms you can reach an adjacent, private room, where a sofabed is located, and can additionaly sleep two adults. Via the other bedroom there is second adjacent room - a private office room with a working desk, office chair and a sofa. Here, there is the villa's master bathroom with - a toilet - the sink and - a wall-to-wall, double shower Outdoor areas include: - a big, private heated swimming pool (ab 40sqm)* - a spacious shade pergola - the BBQ-Grill - loungers with a sunshade - pool shower - fully fenced, secure garden with small plants and trees - private parking area for 2 cars - Plenty of free street parking, right outside the villa's boundaries with no passing-by traffic *Kindly notice that our pool is heated on request. An additional fee is charged for this service and we need your confirmation on this when booking, or at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Guest access The whole house is set up to welcome you, our guest. The entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Feel free to explore it and use its facilities as you would in your own place. Our refreshing pool and beautiful garden are there for your own private use. Please, make yourself at home. Guests must include such products in their overall shopping list for the rest of their stay. > Read our informative and useful description of the neighborhood. > Flexible check in / check out is possible dependent upon availability.
